Everything here reflects our current shipping and returns policies.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships, where the shipping method supports it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight and the method you choose. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as displayed at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging; eligibility depends on the item. Return shipping is free and we’ll provide a label — please contact us before sending anything back.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties and import fees. Where these are calculated and collected at checkout, nothing further is due on delivery.
